I carry water from home in a thermos: Deepika Singh

I believe in using resources responsibly and avoiding unnecessary consumption. I am mindful of electricity and water use, and before leaving for a shoot, I put out food and water for birds and arrange bananas for monkeys.

As humans increasing ngly occupy natural habitats. small acts of coexistence matter. In my daily life, I moke simple sustainable choices. I ovoid plastic bottles, carry water from home in a thermos, use steel or copper bottles and store water in matkas when possible.

I also avaid pi avaid plastic bags and carry jute bags while shopping. These habits stem from a growing sense of awareness and gratitude towards nature.

I always carry a cloth bag for shopping: Mansi Srivastava

Being eco-friendly doesn’t always require big changes. I’ve started with simple habits like carm e carrying a cloth bag for shopping, which this is reusable, convenient, and helps cut down on plastic waste.

Small choices can make a meaningful difference when practiced consistently. What made me adopt these habits was the realization that protecting the environment starts with individual actions.

I wanted to be more mindful of my daily choices, and switching to a reusable cloth bag felt like an easy yet meaningful way to reduce waste and do my part for the planet.

Every eco-friendly habit starts with one person making a conscious choice. Whether it’s using a reusable bag, cutting down on plastic, or being mindful of waste, it all adds up

I try to avoid unnecessary travel: Adrija Roy

I try to incorporate simple, practical changes into my daily life, whether it is carrying a cloth bag while shopping, avoiding single-use plastics, or opting for sustainable alternatives like a wooden toothbrush.

I also make an effort to conserve water and electricity and plan my schedule efficiently to minimise unnecessary travel..

These may seem like small steps, but they help me stay mindful every day.

As an actor, I believe there is a certain influence we carry because people often notice and emulate even the smallest habits.

That awareness has made me more responsible in my choices
