Leadership structure ensuring transparency, accountability, and strategic decision-making at ESFI

The management of the business affairs, funds, and overall control of the Company is vested in the Managing Committee. The Committee functions as the executive body responsible for planning, execution, and operational governance of the organization.

The Managing Committee shall consist of not less than seven and not more than fifteen members.
It is headed by the Chairman, who also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The term of the Managing Committee is three years.

After the expiry of the three-year term, elections shall be held for all office-bearers and
Executive Members, except the Chairman. The Managing Committee meets at least
once every six months during a Financial Year.

The Company shall have a Board of Directors (BOD) consisting of not less than
three Directors. The total number of Directors is determined by the majority of subscribers
to the Memorandum of Association.
The Board of Directors is the supreme decision-making authority of the Company.
Decisions taken by the Managing Committee require approval of the Board of Directors
before implementation.

The Board of Directors has the authority to appoint one or more individuals as Additional Directors until the next Annual General Meeting.
The Board must hold its meetings at least once every four months during a Financial Year.

As the apex governing body, the Board ensures compliance, strategic oversight, and long-term sustainability of ESFI in alignment with its mission of developmental charity in agriculture and rural livelihoods.
