ESFI provides skill training to farmers, rural youth, and women for employment, entrepreneurship, and livelihood enhancement.
Skill development is a cornerstone of sustainable rural livelihoods. ESFI designs and implements skill training programs that respond to local needs, market demand, and emerging opportunities.
Training programs cover agriculture, agri-processing, farm machinery operation, repair services, dairy management, food processing, and rural enterprises. Special emphasis is placed on practical, hands-on learning.
Rural youth are trained to become agri-entrepreneurs, service providers, and skilled workers capable of generating local employment. Women-focused programs promote income generation, financial inclusion, and leadership.
ESFI adopts a competency-based training approach combined with mentoring and post-training support. This ensures that skills translate into employment, entrepreneurship, and income enhancement.
